Return Policy
EZID is committed to always remain transparent and be a true partner to you on your special projects and applications. We have been very selective in the manufacturers we chose to work with and thoroughly evaluated the product integrity which we market to our network.
Please know we will make ourselves available to you at any time of the day to discuss your project's needs AND to ensure that we both get it right the 1st time!
Despite our desire to interact with you personally, we understand time is of the essence and in many cases a discussion simply is not possible; therefore a quick Add-To-Cart, Checkout and onto the next task is very common practice.
Good for you that you chose EZID to acquire your goods from since we are dynamic enough to consult with you to mutually arrive to the optimal solution!
Related to all EZID products sold:
- Any/All return items MUST receive authorization from an EZID representitive
- To acquire a return authorization, please CALL us or contact us at: weborders@ezidentification.com
- Return items in brand new condition purchased within the last 10 business days are eligible for a FULL REFUND, excluding shipping.
- Return items purchased within the last 30 days are still eligible for a refund, less 15% of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
- Return items NOT in brand new condition and purchased within the last 30 days may still be eligible for return pending a discussion with EZID.
- We will of course honor all manufacturer warranties and will gladly guide you to the proper support, always.
- Open software items are not refundable.
- All return items must be completely returned and in the original packaging.
Related specifically to consumables
(ie thermal ribbons, PVC cards, ribbons and any product vital to the operation of producing labels, cards, tags)
- All thermal ribbons and labels are non-refundable if opened, unraveled or inserted in any printer.
